We offer classes in the Ashtanga and Anusara traditions for practitioners at any level. We welome all students in their current state of being. Each of our instructors has a minimum of 10 years practice and training in their respective traditions, allowing them to provide the foundation and guidance for the development of a lifelong yoga practice. In our 20th year we are pleased to announce the formation of AY Therapeutics, formed to promote Yoga as therapy for mind and body both in practice and in research. We are a professional member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
