Official Rules:
1. The promotion will begin on May 17, 2010 and we will announce the winner around 7pm CST on May 17, 2010.
2. To enter the promotion, the entrant must follow all steps outlined above. Entrant must then tweet message specified above. Tweets must remain visible and unprotected during the promotion period. Once winner is drawn, they will be verified to make sure all steps were completed as outlined above.
3. The prize is a Mixed 12-Pack Case of Solixir Sparkling Botanical Beverage. Prize will be shipped to the winner within 30 days of the promotion closing date. The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with receipt of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is not available for any reason.
4. The promotion is open only to entrants who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry, and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec). Entrants under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence must obtain a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent before participating, and by participating represent that they have done so.
5. One winner will be selected randomly from all the valid entries. fitfindr will notify the winner via a Twitter soon after the drawing.
6. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
