The inaugural Dallas National Veterans Day Run will start and end at the Texas Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Fair Park, TX. The race will offer two distances, 11k and a 1-mile healthy walk. We expect a large turnout of veterans and active-duty military to this race, so come on out and support the men and women of our armed forces.

The 1-mile walk will start immediately following the start of the 11k. The 11k will be professionally timed, using state-of-the-art Chronotrak timing systems. All runners/walkers will receive the following:

* Pre-race ceremony honoring Veterans
* Cotton finisher's t-shirt
* Mailed Registration packets (and timing tags for 11k)
* 1" commemoritive collector's pin and lanyard
* Finisher's Certificate
* Finish-line refreshments
