Remission Run will include a 5-kilometer run/walk and a 1 mile kids/family run at Carl Barton, Jr. Park in Conroe, Texas. The races will take place on multiple terrains including concrete, grass and potentially trails within the park, which are used for high school cross country meets. They will be timed, results will be posted and age group awards will be given. Following the race, we will have a party to celebrate 6 years of remission from blood cancer for Bill Crews. The post race celebration will include a live band, food and awards for the winners. Weather permitting, the fishing ponds will be open as well as the baseball fields. So bring your family for a fun, friendly, race and celebration!
